Jungkook's arms exude a magical touch, and his soothing words carry a tranquil comfort that acts as a remedy for the brunet. Despite a gloomy day, being in the artist's presence miraculously lifts away worries and sadness.
Jungkook reluctantly released the embrace, ensuring Taehyung was overfilled with his affection before attempting to get away. Desiring to offer continued solace, Jungkook's lips delicately met Taehyung's forehead, a gentle gesture that closed the brunet's eyes in bliss, dispelling the remaining traces of worry.
"Your granny wouldn't be happy to know you're sad. So can you smile for her? For me?" Jungkook requested, gently holding his face and Taehyung met his glossy eyes with the artist's loving eyes. The natural curl of lips appeared and Jungkook finally felt relieved to see the genuine smile appearing on his sunshine’s lips.
"This smile. Show me more." Jungkook requested and Taehyung obliged quickly.
"Kiss me, please." The endearing demand fell out of blue, Taehyung knew he needed it so badly and the artist hummed in agreement, bringing his lips closer. Their lips met in a gentle collision, a moment that felt wonderfully magical, each kiss as tender as the first. The sweet taste of Taehyung's raspberry chapstick brought a nostalgic sweetness, evoking memories of Jungkook's childhood. Each kiss transported Jungkook to the cherished fields of his grandparents, surrounded by the fragrance of cherries or raspberries. Despite their recent meeting, Taehyung evoked a powerful nostalgia that overwhelmed Jungkook every time he closed his eyes during their kisses. The reason he didn't want to pull away but he didn't even regret once he did, glancing at Taehyung's face with his eyes still closed. The breathtaking sight of Taehyung became even more captivating in their close proximity. His straight, long eyelashes delicately rested on his upper cheeks, tinted with a rosy pink that matched his lips. Swiftly, his hazel eyes opened, eagerly searching for Jungkook, and upon finding him, they would relax in tranquil recognition, as if the world found its harmony right in front of him. The crinkling of those hazel eyes would tell the artist that maybe yes, his flower was blooming again but the smile of the eye was only visible for a while.
"What happened, baby?" Jungkook asked in an instant, never wanting the other one to ever feel sad again.
"Nothing." Taehyung tried to hide, retracting his gaze away and Jungkook held his cheeks firmly.
"What is it?" He asked again and the latter was still wishing he could go and see his granny.
"I don't know. I just… I wish holidays would come sooner." The brunet let the elder know, gazing away dreamily. Although Taehyung was reassured, Jungkook sensed the lingering desire in him, a yearning to see his granny which Jungkook was determined to fulfil, willing to do anything to bring back that enduring smile on his face.
"You wanna see her?" He asked and Taehyung could only nod.
"This doesn't matter, I still have to wait." The brunet whispered, sounding pessimistic.
"Where does she live?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung looked up at his face with curiosity.
"Bucheon." He replied and Jungkook rolled his eyes, wondering, his lips pressed together as he calculated something in his brain and the endearing mole under his lip and those adorable dimples appeared on his cheeks, right on the sides of his lips, catching Taehyung's attention.
"From Seoul… I think it's about roughly thirty or something kilometres away. Right?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung nodded at his accuracy.
"Then it will take about an hour or maybe less than that through a car." As Jungkook kept saying, Taehyung's kept nodding his head, kind of getting an idea of what was about to come.
"So…"
"So?" Taehyung asked curiously.
"What if I take you there?" Jungkook asked out of blue and Taehyung's eyes widened in pure bliss just for it to only change into a frown soon.
"Wait- what? Yes but… what if appa knows? And how will we go? And when?" Taehyung then bombarded him with questions and Jungkook chuckled.
"Guess you'll have to skip school and the class time the same day," Jungkook suggested with a mischievous glint in his eyes, "so we can go and return just in time before you have to head home." As Jungkook finished his sentence, Taehyung began contemplating the tempting proposition. He would usually stay out of home for more than six to eight hours in a day, maybe he should utilise this time to visit her and still return home on time, a plan like this formed in his head.
"Can we really do this?"
"Do you doubt it?"
Taehyung would do anything but doubt his clever artist’s intention.
"No."
"Then let's take you there, tomorrow." Jungkook's suggestion filled Taehyung with excitement, causing him to hop and jump in pure joy. Overwhelmed with happiness at the thought of seeing his granny, he couldn't contain his joy and leaped to cling onto the artist.
"Yeah…"
"And about appa, you don't have to let him know but think of the ways you have to deal with Eomma there." Jungkook reminded him and Taehyung took note of his suggestion, taking time to think.
"Eomma won't mind but she will ask me questions about why and how I would be there but that doesn't matter more than seeing my granny." Taehyung said, eyes flooding with anticipation that nothing else mattered to him, he was far from thinking rationally.
"Sure?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung nodded.
"Then let's do it!"
Jungkook was committed to ensuring Taehyung's happiness, fulfilling his wishes became not just requests but heartfelt obligations that the artist was more than willing to follow.

Waking up with renewed energy, the brunet wore his favourite shirt, pants, and beret, packing essentials into his bag before leaving home. Despite his anticipation, he tried to hide it during breakfast with his father and brother, Juwon. Sensing something different, Juwon chose not to inquire, content to see his brother radiating happiness, the reason inconsequential in the face of such joy.
The other side, Jungkook was waiting for Taehyung, right on the turn of the road outside of the art school in the early morning. With both the kids' teacher and the senior student, Taehyung, taking a leave for the day, Jungkook seized the opportunity. Opting for one of the best outfits from his closet, he dressed in something between casual and formal, ready for the day ahead. In a classic plain black shirt paired with jeans, Jungkook embodied simplicity with a touch of uniqueness compared to his usual style. The Rolex on his wrist added a refined touch, complementing his urban gentleman look. His perfectly trimmed and slicked-back black hair, with a few strands falling on his forehead, completed the effortlessly stylish ensemble.
Jungkook didn't need much effort to look handsome and dashing. His youth was the best thing on him and even better was the smile he would wear, the smile that held power to blow all the worries away. The artist was excited for the day not just because he would take Taehyung to Bucheon but also because he had something resting in his pocket for him. The personalised gold necklace, a creation he had designed himself for his beloved, had finally been crafted and was resting perfectly in his pockets, received that very morning. Jungkook was delighted to witness how flawlessly the jewellery mirrored his design, bringing him the happiness that surpassed his expectations. The day was completely dedicated to his flower, his beautiful flower full of colours and tenderness, his pretty Taehyung. For him he decided and dedicated this day and also the necklace he was willing to give him. Dedicating this day to a special purpose, Jungkook was determined to present the carefully crafted necklace to him. Anticipating his awaited reaction, he couldn't imagine the extent of the other's response but eagerly awaited the moment when he could witness that beautiful smile upon presenting the necklace. The anticipation fuelled his eagerness for the impending heartfelt exchange.
As Jungkook waited, he soon spotted Taehyung approaching along the path adorned with greenery and blossoms. The thin cemented road behind the art school guided Taehyung toward the artist, who stood there with a yearning gaze. Jungkook's eyes shimmered, crinkling in pure ecstasy at the sight of Taehyung drawing nearer, their anticipation converging in the impending meeting.
Jungkook was witnessing something very alluring in front of him. It was him, Taehyung. The brunet's slender fingers were curled around the strap of the bag in his hands that he held in front of his abdomen, leisurely walking towards the artist. And once he reached him, Jungkook's lost gaze landed on his destination, watching him so close, he left a dreamy sigh.
"Are you ready?" He asked the brunet who responded with a wide endearing smile.
"Yes, let's go."
Prepared to go anywhere with Taehyung, Jungkook was open to any destination, as long as they were together. His happiness derived from the simple fact of being by Taehyung's side, regardless of the place they would go to.
