While many work for money, some, like the exceptionally talented artist Jeon Jungkook, are driven by passion. He never imagined something this extraordinary could happen to him. He was preparing for his meal in the late evening when he found a notification pinging on the screen of his phone that literally blew him away. His account was just loaded with a fat amount of money. By fat means more than hundreds of thousands paid to him in return for just four of his paintings. He couldn't believe his eyes so he clicked on it to find the text left by the exhibition and auction authority which had him informed about the amount as per each painting sold to different buyers after being displaced in exhibitions for a while and they attached a link for the reviews he received. Mind blown by the extent of appreciation, Jeon Jungkook marvelled at the priceless reviews. His paintings, blending majestic vintage style with a hint of urban flow, left everyone wondering about the elusive artist behind the captivating creations. His scenarios depicted on the canvases were storytellers. From a lonely, crying woman on the floor to a crowd of happy children releasing balloons into the air, each of Jeon Jungkook's paintings found a meaningful home – one in a women's charity and another in a school for underprivileged youngsters. Currently, he remained blissfully unaware of the perfect places his art had discovered. Everything was happening too quickly and it all seemed so surreal that Jungkook literally forgot to have his meal and all he could think of was dialling Taehyung's number, just to only hear his squeals of joy on the other side of the phone once he found out. Taehyung consistently stood as Jungkook's greatest supporter and admirer, earnestly assuring him that the unfolding success was real, emphasising that he deserved every bit of it, and emphasising that it was merely the beginning of his artistic journey. Jungkook felt himself out of words, he was more than just happy there was no doubt but too much happened with him that he just had no idea what to do, how to make himself believe this was happening. His life changed overnight and of course it was just the beginning.

The following day, Taehyung congratulated Jungkook in the most heartwarming way, presenting him with a flower that touched Jungkook deeply. Taehyung continued to express his congratulations and emphasise how much Jungkook deserves the success. Despite the overwhelming nature of it all, Jungkook found comfort in Taehyung's unwavering support. The brunet was happier than he showed and for then he kept a little surprise for Jungkook, something he could only unveil when they visited his place—a special celebration to mark Jungkook's first time successfully selling paintings. The two walked to the artist's place after the school duration, accompanied by their usual laughter and warm conversation, until they reached Jungkook's house and the door swung open. Taehyung walked before him, followed by Jungkook.
"So, Mr. Artist is now the celebrity artist." Taehyung remarked in an enchanting voice as soon as he walked inside, dramatically turning himself to see Jungkook who was smiling fondly.
"You have congratulated me a lot today, but still thank you, Tae."
"And I won't shut myself anytime soon because I want you to believe this just happened."
The brunet stood by the wooden table in his free space of the living room and Jungkook walked closer to him, standing in front of him.
"All because of you." Jungkook whispered, leaning over to nuzzle his nose with the brunet with so much endearment.
"I knew. I always knew but the artist Mr. Jeon Jungkook needs to know."
The brunet poked his finger into Jungkook's dimple which would appear when he smiles with all his heart out.
"This feels so surreal, but I'll try to believe."
"Don't you forget me if you become someone big, okay?" Taehyung asked comically and Jungkook's gaze transformed to a bit different.
"And what made you think like this?"
"Because I can see. It's just the beginning. I see you far, very far doing perfect and appreciated just the way you always deserved." Taehyung whispered, staring at him fondly and the artist put his hands on the sides of the table, surrounding Taehyung in his embrace, leaning over to leave a chaste kiss on his lips undecided.
"Thanks for everything. Everything that's happening is beyond bizarre to me. So grand, and what's the best part of it that I'm able to celebrate this with you." He whispered genuinely and Taehyung suddenly got reminded of something.
"Ah, talking of celebration. I got something for you. You have no idea for how long I have been carrying this with me but I hope I didn't break it or leak it." The brunet turned to get his bag and Jungkook parted away, giving him access to get what it was, wandering his thoughts in the process. And suddenly the younger one took out a bottle of classic champagne from his bag, causing Jungkook's eyes to grow big.
"What-"
"Do you have champagne glasses?"
And Jungkook knew he wasn't kidding.
Without any hesitation, Jungkook quickly gathered whatever snacks he could find in his cupboard and retrieved an old set of champagne glasses that he couldn't recall using for quite some time.
"Try opening it." Taehyung handed the corkscrew to the artist and he popped open it, and Taehyung just stood there clapping his hands in pure joy and mood of celebration. Jungkook quickly and equally poured the drink in their glasses, the smile never leaving his lips.
"Cheers!" The brunet brought his glass closer to the artist's to hit slightly and earn the click clank of glasses.
"Cheers!"
They exchanged smiles before taking their first sips together, followed by a shared kiss. Soon, they settled on the couch, savouring the taste of the drink. Engaged in a conversation about various topics, they discussed art and everything related to it. Taehyung rested his thigh on Jungkook's, who reciprocated by placing his hand on it, gently stroking as they enjoyed each other's company. As they continued talking, Taehyung's glass grew empty and he poured himself more, asking Jungkook if he needed more but he denied.
"No, it would be too much for me. Thanks."
"Oh come on, it's time for celebration." Taehyung encouraged him but Jungkook was definitely not in the mood for more alcohol.
"No seriously, I'm fine."
"I didn't steal it from my dad's collection for you to not help me drink." The brunet revealed through his disappointed pouty lips and the artist chuckled, Taehyung would always find a way to help him have a good laugh.
"Okay a little bit." He let Taehyung pour the drink for him, both enjoying the moment together and enjoying the view out of the casement.
"It's so beautiful. The sky, the flowers and this moment. And you." The brunet appreciated, staring at his artist who smiled once his eyes fell on him.
"Every moment with you is beautiful." Jungkook whispered, taking Taehyung's free hand to bring it closer to his lips until he kissed it several times and Taehyung decided to use the same hand to hold Jungkook's jaws with it, squeezing his cheeks but not too harshly. He brought his face closer to his lips kiss, meanwhile Jungkook just reciprocated the affection by stroking his thighs all over him. They admired each other after pulling away, Taehyung decided to play with Jungkook's hair and he let him do anything. Jungkook wore an open-button plaid shirt over his white tank top, revealing the top of his chest and a tiny mole on it. Taehyung admired him, running his fingers down from his ears to his neck and then to his chest. He lightly scratched the mole, earning a smile from Jungkook for his endearing actions.
"It won't come out." He said to the other and Taehyung scratched it a little harder, making Jungkook wince and laugh. Taehyung smiled like a mischievous kid and Jungkook then extended his hand to run it through his brown permed hair, admiring him with so much love pouring through his eyes.
"You have so many moles." The brunet spoke.
"How much?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung held his jaws again to turn him around.
"Here, here and here too." He poked on the skin everywhere he found a mole, from Jungkook's neck to his chest to the bottom of his lips.
"So many." Taehyung spoke through an enchanting voice, accounting for the scrunching up of the artist's nose. Taking a moment to admire Taehyung, Jungkook enjoyed the view before Taehyung finished his drink. Leaning towards the table to grab snacks, he then playfully pushed some into Jungkook's mouth, who willingly opened up to enjoy the offered treats. This continued until the artist's eyes fell on the table behind Taehyung where was resting his clay model which he completely forgot about.
"Ah, this model. I forgot to put it to dry. Wait a second." Jungkook excused himself, standing up and allowing Taehyung's leg to move away from the top of his lap. He was reminded to finish the clay model that needed his attention before it would over-dry and become difficult to work with. He quickly pulled out his plaid shirt, leaving himself in his tank top and the inked arm was revealed to the brunet's eyes who was sulking slightly by the loss of contact.
"You left me here for a piece of clay?" Taehyung whined from behind, causing the artist to smile at him apologetically.
"Sorry babe, just a while. I'm coming to you once I finish this off."
Jungkook informed him and started checking the model carefully, pressing his fingertips all over it to see if it was dry or not. He carried a trimming tool to round the edges of the clay vase he had designed, being a perfectionist he worked in every detail of it. Taehyung observed Jungkook's back muscles flexing with every move, the same happening with his arms, making it challenging for Taehyung to simply sit and watch. He pondered whether he had ever conveyed how intensely obsessed he was with the artist and how, at times, kisses weren't enough, leaving him yearning for something more. Blaming it on the alcohol or the current situation, Jungkook was unknowingly testing Taehyung, who found himself mentally cursing the piece of clay.
"You know you're so hot and you need to be right here beside me." Taehyung demanded from the back and Jungkook turned his head to look over his shoulder with a smile on his face.
"So the alcohol is getting on your head. I think you should stop drinking more." Jungkook suggested and turned himself around again, paying his attention to his model again. Taehyung chugged down the remaining drink before fixing his gaze on the artist. From Jungkook's tied hair and revealed arms to his big frame, it felt unfair for him to be so attractive while leaving his admirer in a dishevelled state on the couch. Jungkook's every movement had his veins popping up, hands so tough and masculine that Taehyung couldn't help but imagine them on him, doing him right and wrong and what else not. Lying back on the couch, biting his lips, Taehyung's gaze remained fixed on Jungkook, who was engrossed and unaware of the unfolding situation. The brunet began unbuttoning the top two buttons of his shirt, his hand gradually moving down towards his pants.
"It's your fault that you're hot, not alcohol's. And now fucking excuse me mister and come here." Taehyung spoke up and Jungkook smiled again, turning himself to him but Taehyung threw something on his face. Jungkook shut his eyes at the impact and held what was thrown on him. He slid down the piece of cloth from his face to then find Taehyung sprawled on his couch. Jungkook finally realised. It was his pants that he threw on him. Taehyung was served on the couch like a tempting feast, his bare legs and chest on display. Was Jungkook prepared to handle the enticing situation before him?
