12. Taste Of Your Lips

As bold as Taehyung's words spilled out, his gaze turned more stern as he looked at Jungkook, who was in the process of registering the weight of the incoming words.

Was Taehyung really asking him to draw?

"Can you draw me?" Taehyung requested again and Jungkook knew he was for sure wanted this and he too was always ready for it.

"Is it a challenge or a request?" Jungkook asked, a playful smile forming on his lips.

"It's an order mister, draw me." Saying this Taehyung sat on top of the table, his legs moving back and forth in desperation.

"You really think painting you is easy?" Jungkook asked, standing up to face him on the same level, eyes falling into each other's.

"Why not?"

"Have you ever looked at yourself? How does it feel to have the most unique features?"

"Excuses to not draw me? That's lame Mr. Artist."

"You give people hard times yet expect me to draw you easily?" Feeling daring, Jungkook asked, placing both of his hands on either side of Taehyung on the table, creating a charged atmosphere between them. Plus the way he looked, messy half hair tied up in a bun with few strands falling all over his forehead and temples, features breathing takingly moulded.

"What will it take you to draw me then?" Taehyung asked, his finger pointed below Jungkook's chin, lifting his face up right.

Drawing Taehyung required nothing but endless nights for Jungkook. No prompts, just a mind filled with his face, persistently etched in front of his eyes during sleepless nights.

"What can you give?" Jungkook asked while staring down at his lips, so tempting that he might dare break his rest boundaries this time.

"I didn't give you anything yet you still drew me. What else do you need now?" Taehyung asked bluntly, raising the artist's head with his finger, catching Jungkook off guard by his words who had to stand straight and look him right in the eyes, perplexed by that sudden confession. Taehyung was aware of the paintings inspired by him that Jungkook created. He discovered them when he visited the classes a few days ago, searching for Jungkook throughout the house, only to find the artist absent from his sight. That's when for the first time Taehyung dared to climb up the stairs to his bedroom, calling his name relentlessly in search. Opening the door, he discovered two remarkable paintings and numerous white sheets adorning the wall, each capturing intricate details of his features—his lips, eyes, nose, and hair. Every nuance that belonged uniquely to him was meticulously portrayed. Taehyung was thunderstruck to see. The discovery of two remarkable paintings of himself surprised Taehyung. While he felt appreciated, a sense of unfairness lingered, wondering why Jungkook had kept them hidden from his view. One of them was incomplete with just his face, ready to be exceeded into his body while the other one was his picture with a bare body, covering his anatomical revealing features with silk sheets. Taehyung gulped to see to what extent Jungkook copied him, as if someone had pictured him down. Jungkook had depicted him with an exposed body in the drawing. Taehyung found himself questioning if he truly appeared as beautiful as Jungkook portrayed him. The brunet didn't appreciate the idea of him being drawn without his consent but he couldn't discredit Jungkook's talent either. The artist really did justice with his face and body, depicting his features ten times better in his perspective. Taehyung let this fact slide away because he really respected Jungkook as an artist, as a teacher but also dreamt about him not in very sober ways. So maybe he's equally deserves to be blamed. He thought maybe only he was too wild in his thoughts but maybe not anymore. Maybe it really was mutual. Maybe he wasn't the only one who used to imagine his teacher in positions he shouldn't reveal.

Taehyung decided to simply walk down the stairs after witnessing those paintings and decided not to say anything to Jungkook as he swallowed the truth down to his gut. He continued to call his name one more time until he finally found the artist in his garden. At that moment, Taehyung had to let it be when he saw Jungkook smiling at him through the flowers. It didn't feel wrong, yet a lingering question troubled him—why Jungkook never allowed his artistic potential to thrive and be showcased to the world? That's how he ended up involving him in the Exhibition and Auction authority, determined to compel the artist to do justice to his exceptional talent on a broader stage.

And in the very moment, after Jungkook's denial of drawing him, Taehyung finally expressed the hidden truth that he was keeping to himself to respect what they had untouched. Jungkook was spellbound. There was nothing he could add to defend himself or to justify his acts any longer so he just stared at Taehyung with a bit of a surprised gaze.

"You drew me Jungkook, didn't you?" Taehyung asked again, letting his hand run through Jungkook's tied hair.

"You knew?"

"I do. But don't ask me how I ended up searching for you in your room because you hid the fact you drew me." Taehyung added quickly and Jungkook wasn't even going to ask him anything.

"When you have already drawn me, why not now?" Taehyung insisted again and Jungkook was dazing, was it really happening?

Was the cute innocent Taehyung being this bold at the moment?

"You drew me without my consent."

"Tae, I'm sorry I kept it hidden. This isn't right I know but I couldn't help myself from not drawing you. You really inspired me to let my brush move. I just-" Taehyung pressed the tip of his finger against Jungkook's lips, and didn't let him complete his sentence at all, keeping those words in his mouth.

"You drew me without my consent so I'll do something without yours." Speaking himself out, Taehyung freed Jungkook's tied hair from his man bun who had his gaze fixed right into Taehyung's hazel ones. There was a magnetic pull in the way Taehyung's gaze drew him closer, until Jungkook found himself standing between his legs. They had never been this close and intimate before and there was no intention to pull away either. The brunet ran his hand freely through Jungkook's long raven hair before closing the gap between their faces, drawing them closer than ever. Their breaths intertwined, the tips of their noses brushing against each other. Taehyung closed his eyes, feeling the touch of Jungkook's large hands on his hips, pulling him even closer in a moment of intimate connection.

"Kiss me or I will." Taehyung whispered boldly, the words momentarily escaping Jungkook's immediate registration. Rather than feeling awkward, he found himself surprisingly liking the boldness in Taehyung's statement. Taehyung showed his completely different aspect to him that day which Jungkook was completely smitten with. Taehyung asked him to kiss him, could Jungkook deny? No. As bold as Taehyung's words fell off, the same were Jungkook's actions who pressed their lips together. Not letting anyone break the touch he started moving them together to deepen their kiss, movements supple yet firm against each other's lips. Taehyung instinctively had his legs curled around Jungkook's waist, his hands fisting the hair softly to fire up the moment while Jungkook continued to kiss him relentlessly. Not just lips but soon their tongues became a part of it. They weren't waiting for anything or anyone. They wanted it all. Letting his tongue explore Taehyung's cavern, Jungkook devoured the unholy noises coming through the brunet’s mouth, only exciting the elder more. After days of covert glances, subtle touches, and uplifting smiles, all the moments shared during their time together culminated in something profound. Something held deep within their hearts finally poured out, binding them together in a moment of shared emotion. They finally kissed like they always wanted to, outpouring with their emotions and passion with no intentions of pulling away. If it wasn't for the need of air, mind you, they won't even pull apart like they did soon after. Their chests heaved up and down in an attempt to catch their breaths together, with their heads still against each other. The intimacy seemed too good to be wasted with space. Taehyung let his hands wrap around Jungkook's neck, fingers playing with the metal chain against his nape. Licking his lips, Jungkook finally opened up his eyes. In the bright light, Taehyung appeared even more beautiful than usual, with cheeks tinted in a shade of peach, lips as red and tender as rose petals, and topping it off, his gem-like hazel eyes that soon locked into Jungkook's deep charcoal gaze when he separated his eyelids. They chose to not say anything and break the moment. They just stared into each other's eyes in a comfortable silence, still holding onto each other with heads full of a cloud of thoughts.

"You're so beautiful, Tae. Very beautiful." Jungkook couldn't stop himself from praising his beauty like he always did but this time he was vocal to that.

"Your eyes make me." Taehyung whispered against his lips, curling them up for a soft smile.

"This means I have the truest eyes in the world because to them you're very very beautiful."

"Then keep looking at me, like this." Taehyung whispered and Jungkook smiled, he was so crazy for this boy in front of him and he might get crazier after this.

"I always will."

With this he pressed his lips again for a chaste kiss.

On that day, they shattered the confines of their old relationship, forging a new connection. No longer just the teacher and his favourite student, they became an artist and a praiser, heart to heart, lips on lips—two humans intertwined in the beautiful embrace of love. They were two blooming flowers of youth who were grown enough to start a journey full of intense romance and definitely, love.
